We are pleased to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Witney who are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join their growing field team as an Entry Level Installation Engineer. This is a practical, site-based role involving travel to locations across the country, with requirement for overnight stays. A full, clean driving license is essential.
About the Role
You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing materials to precise specifications. The role also involves heat welding materials using specialist tools to deliver a high-quality, visually appealing finish. Working as part of a skilled pair, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your expertise and confidence on-site.
What We're Looking For
- Strong practical, hands-on skills
- Previous experience in construction or roofing (desirable but not essential)
- Good organisational and communication abilities
- A flexible approach to travel and working hours
