We are looking for a driven and commercially astute Branch Manager to lead, develop, and grow our industrial recruitment division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in industrial or blue-collar recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build, motivate, and retain successful teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants and support staff
- Drive business development activity to win new industrial clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts
- Ensure delivery targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
- Oversee high-volume temporary and permanent placements
- Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and profitability
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to maximise performance
About You
- Proven experience within industrial recruitment (essential)
- Previous leadership or management experience within a recruitment environment
- Strong track record in business development and client growth
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
