We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join a leading organisation based near Oxford. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, managing their support requirements from initial enquiry through to resolution. You ll build strong, long-term relationships, coordinate with internal teams and ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service. We re looking for someone with a strong background in a senior-level customer support, account management, service delivery or operations role, ideally within the engineering sector.
