Learning and Development Training Coordinator in Cowley

Training Coordinator Location: Cowley (Hybrid) Contract: 6 months temporary We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the delivery and administration of professional and personal development training across the organisation. The Role You will be responsible for coordinating learning activities, maintaining accurate training records and supporting staff compliance. Key responsibilities include: Organising refresher, ad hoc and induction training Coordinating training suppliers, bookings, venues and delegates Managing training records, costs, purchase orders and invoices Supporting driver and manager CPC training and compliance Producing training and audit reports Ensuring certificates and training records are kept up to date Responding to training enquiries and supporting L&D processes Creating and updating procedures and training documentation About You We are looking for someone with: Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail Strong communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels Experience managing workloads and meeting deadlines Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Experience producing reports relating to budgets and accounts A genuine interest in improving training and development programmes This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Training Coordinator to join a busy team and play a key role in supporting workforce development and compliance
