HR Adviser in Cowley

HR & Systems Adviser Location: Oxford Salary: £18.59 - £19.18 Contract:Temporary until March 2027 We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an experienced HR & Systems Adviser to join their People team. This is a varied HR advisory role, providing day-to-day support to managers and employees while also taking the lead on workforce data, HR systems and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Provide practical and legally compliant HR advice to managers and employees * Independently manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters * Coach and support managers across the employee lifecycle * Support recruitment campaigns and HR projects * Lead on workforce data and HR systems, identifying opportunities to improve processes * Support HR system upgrades and new implementations * Contribute to policy, reporting and wider people initiatives About You * CIPD qualified/member * Strong experience handling employee relations cases * Confident working independently across a broad range of HR matters * Experience working with Trade Unions and operational workforces * Knowledge and experience of HRIS systems & PowerBI * Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building skills If you're an experienced HR professional looking for a varied advisory role with the opportunity to influence HR systems and processes, **apply today with your CV for immediate consideration
