We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Business Support Officer to join their busy support team. The role will provide a mix of administrative, financial and operational support, including:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Liaising with subcontractors and resolving invoice queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Providing general administrative and back-office support
  • Producing basic reports and performance information
  • Supporting reception and customer enquiries when required
