About Us
Our client works with some of the UK’s best-known brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling, and co-manufacturing solutions and are currently looking for Line Leaders to join their well-established team.
The Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Production Line Leaders on a temp to perm basis to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing production lines and a team to achieve planned volumes while ensuring all commercial, quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals with strong leadership skills who thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets
- Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI)
- To effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
- Effectively use the integrated management system (Vision)
- To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
- To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
- To ensure that all areas comply with hygiene standards
