Warehouse Operator with FLT Licence
The Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Rothley, for an experienced Warehouse Operator with a valid FLT Licence.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse operation. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for the safe movement, storage and dispatch of finished goods while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.
Main Responsibilities
- Move pallets safely around the warehouse and store them in the correct locations.
- Manage warehouse operations in line with company procedures and work instructions.
- Prepare loading areas in line with loading schedules.
- Load vehicles when required.
- Operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Identify and report any damaged products or quality issues.
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with stocktaking activities.
- Optimise warehouse storage space.
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout your shift.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
2:00pm - 10:00pm
37.5 hours per week
