Our client, based in Bicester, is looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their team.
The Role – Food Production Operative
- Operating food production machinery safely and efficiently
- Preparing, processing, packing and labelling food products
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness of production areas and equipment
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
Multiple shifts available:
- AM shift – 0600 until 1400
- PM shift – 1400 until 2200
- Night shift – 2200 until 0600
Pay & benefits:
£14.69 to £16.52 per hour. Excellent opportunity to join and develop within a growing business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
