About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised On-Site Account Coordinator to support the management of temporary workforce operations across several client sites. This is a hands-on role that combines recruitment, workforce planning, compliance administration, worker support, and on-site client engagement. The successful candidate will spend time visiting multiple client locations, ensuring workers are fully supported from registration through to placement, while maintaining excellent service levels for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Resourcing: Source, screen and recruit candidates for temporary assignments. Conduct telephone interviews and candidate registrations. Advertise vacancies using job boards and recruitment platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates. Ensure vacancies are filled within required timeframes.
- Inductions & Worker Support: Organise, deliver and lead on-site worker inductions. Ensure workers understand client expectations, site rules and health & safety requirements. Provide ongoing support to temporary workers throughout their assignments. Conduct welfare checks and address any worker concerns promptly.
- Compliance & Administration: Complete all candidate compliance checks in line with company procedures. Verify right to work documentation and maintain accurate records. Ensure candidate files are fully compliant before placement. Update internal systems and maintain accurate worker records. Process paperwork relating to starters, leavers and assignment changes.
- Workforce Planning: Complete and maintain staff plans to meet client workforce requirements. Liaise with clients regarding headcount requirements, shift coverage and attendance. Monitor temporary worker availability and manage workforce allocation.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop professional relationships with key client contacts. Conduct regular site visits across multiple locations. Support clients with staffing requirements and workforce challenges. Ensure high levels of service delivery are maintained.
- On-Call Support: Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota. Answer and manage the on-call phone when required. Respond to worker absences and client staffing requests. Arrange replacement workers where necessary.
About You
Essential: Previous experience within recruitment, workforce planning, customer service or administration. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Willingness to travel regularly between client sites.
Desirable: Previous experience within temporary recruitment or agency staffing. Experience conducting inductions or training sessions. Knowledge of compliance requirements within recruitment. Experience working directly with client accounts.
