The business offers a straightforward operation with a manageable staffing requirement, featuring a cosy front bar, a separate darts and dining room, five letting rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is excellent potential to develop a high-quality 30-cover food offer with your own menu, alongside breakfast service for residents.
Currently generating around £6,000 per week, with a split of 85% wet sales and 15% accommodation, the Gilesgate Moor Hotel offers significant growth potential across all income streams. With an anticipated sales uplift of £2,000 per week, this is a great opportunity to take an established and respected business to the next level.
