Overview
In this role, you will shape and deliver IT solutions for Global Value & Access, partnering with business leaders to enable pricing, collaboration, and data insights. You’ll drive ideation through execution, including AI initiatives and enhancements to a global price management system, while ensuring governance and value realization. You will work across functions to prioritize initiatives, streamline processes, and empower the organization with technology as a competitive advantage. Responsibilities
- Advise IT and business leadership on capability enablement opportunities within the Global Value & Access technology portfolio
- Serve as the focal point for IT needs of the business area and translate them into an IT roadmap for prioritization
- Advise leadership on business opportunities enabled through technology and align portfolios with business goals
- Proactively identify and promote technology solutions to emerging business issues and push technology as a competitive advantage
- Manage and monitor projects to ensure benefits are realized and address bottlenecks or risks timely
- Explore opportunities to streamline customer-facing processes through technology integration or portals/interfaces
Key requirements
- Proven depth of IT experience across technology requirements gathering, processes, standards, services, applications
- Knowledge of pricing policy and regulations in key healthcare markets
- Experience with pricing tools such as Eversana PriceRight GPM or Model N GPM
- Experience managing MSPs/Vendors
- Ability to work with senior leadership across functions and prioritize multiple initiatives
- Some experience in strategic planning (Roadmaps) and aligning IT with business goals
- Experience across the systems development lifecycle (requirements gathering to blueprinting) and working with diverse business systems
- Experience delivering cross-functional IT solutions in a matrixed organization
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and deliver results
