Overview
In this role you will support ex-US access and reimbursement for a hematological oncology asset, translating regional strategy into affiliate support.
You’ll coordinate HTA, reimbursement and launch materials, ensuring timely access across markets.
You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, risks and dependencies, delivering high-quality, decision-focused outputs.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on material development to enable patient access and sustainable launches.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ex-US access and reimbursement strategy with the Regional Execution Lead and Market Access Director
- Develop an affiliate support plan mapping HTA, reimbursement and launch milestones, materials, owners and dates
- Lead localization and deployment of core HTA and reimbursement materials (value dossiers, economic models, budget tools, payer materials)
- Translate affiliate evidence needs and payer insights into requirements for HEOR, Medical Affairs, and other functions
- Support high-quality HTA submissions and payer engagements aligned with regional strategy
- Monitor launch readiness and identify gaps or risks affecting HTA quality and access outcomes
- Foster knowledge exchange across affiliates and standardize regional/global materials usage
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Pricing, Regulatory, Government/Public Affairs, Legal and Compliance to deliver integrated support
- Prepare clear, concise documents and presentations for stakeholders
- Build relationships across markets to enable timely decisions and consistent execution
- Prioritize activities across markets focusing on HTA readiness and launch access
- Maintain initiative within governance structures and deliver high-quality outputs
- Communicate effectively with managers and key stakeholders
- Produce audience-appropriate work products using Word, Power Point and Excel
- Key requirements
- Strong experience in market access, HTA, HEOR, pricing and/or reimbursement at affiliate, regional or global level
- Direct HTA submissions experience and payer-facing materials
- Hands-on development or adaptation of value dossiers, economic models and budget impact tools
- Oncology experience; hematological malignancies, cell therapy or complex hospital products preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with execution focus
- Clear communication and influencing skills for non-specialist audiences
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
