b Overview /b p In this role you will bridge Global Medical Affairs with LATAM, MERT and GPS, shaping regional priorities into global strategy. You will drive a global-with-local operating model to improve execution and access for HIV therapies across diverse markets. You will gather and translate regional insights to inform strategy, enable capability building, and coordinate key medical congresses and regional meetings. This is a strategic, action-oriented position with meaningful regional impact and collaboration across cross-functional partners. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Advocate for LATAM, MERT and GPS within Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams /li li Translate regional priorities into global strategy and evidence plans /li li Ensure regional perspectives are integrated into asset lifecycle and plan of action /li li Provide timely, coordinated access to GMA resources and capabilities /li li Identify gaps in support and mobilize solutions to improve execution /li li Coordinate global HIV congresses and regional Medical Affairs meetings /li li Strengthen affiliate capabilities through training and cross-country collaboration /li li Drive alignment and execution excellence across LATAM, MERT and GPS regions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Advanced scientific degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) with 3+ years in HIV /li li Proven ability to translate global strategy into local execution /li li Strong relationships with medical stakeholders (incl. GMSO) /li li Ability to collaborate with Commercial, Clinical Development, Global Value and Access, Public Affairs, Legal /li li Experience influencing stakeholders in global forums and with cross-functional teams /li li Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for synthesis into insights /li li Proven project and execution management skills in a matrix environment /li li Willingness to travel to international conferences and meetings /li /ul ul li excellent communication and influencing skills /li li collaborative mindset /li li ability to work across cultures and geographies /li li analytical and synthesis skills /li li insights generation from affiliates /li li knowledge of medical affairs processes (POA, strategy planning) /li /ul
