Overview: This role supports Oncology Value & Access activities in non-European ex-US markets, and local access. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute global Value & Access strategies and launch plans for Gilead Oncology brands in alignment with commercial/medical and country market access colleagues. Initial focus on in-line and upcoming indications in breast cancer.

Responsibilities:
- Support Oncology Value & Access activities in non-European ex-US markets, as well as local access.
- Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to execute global V&A strategies and launch plans for Gilead Oncology brands.
- Establish and shape new affiliate engagement model, with expanded scope of responsibility for Oncology Execution Leads.
- Cultivate close working relationships with local V&A representatives globally.
- Partner with local market teams to adapt and drive execution of GV&A strategies and launch plans.
- Collaborate with the GV&A Capabilities & Execution Strategy Lead to roll out the Value Shaping & Realisation initiative.
- Support V&A stakeholder engagement plans across local market affiliates.
- Provide non-EU ex-US market perspective and champion local markets' needs into development of GV&A strategies and materials.
- Lead Worldwide Trodelvy V&A Community monthly meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 12+ years' experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in market access-related activities with a Bachelors degree OR 10+ years' experience with a MS/MA OR 8+ years' experience with a PhD.
- Experience in regional/country-level market access, launch planning and execution required.
- Oncology disease area experience and market knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of payer environment, including HTA, pricing and reimbursement.
- Experience developing V&A strategies and dossier submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across functions in a matrix environment.
- Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Curious with learning agility; operationally excellent.
