The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are readvertising this role due to a change of circumstances. The hours have changed:

  • Monday 8am - 1pm
  • Tuesday DAY OFF
  • Wednesday 1.30 - 6.30pm
  • Thursday 8am - 1pm
  • Friday 1.30 - 6.30pm

Flexibility to change shifts to cover annual leave and sickness is essential. We are looking for a confident person who already has some healthcare training to be a care navigator and deal with general administrative duties for 20 hours per week. Must be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness.

Care navigation is a way for general practice staff to ensure patients get the right help from the right person, to help patients find the best course of care for their needs. We are a small, very busy practice so some experience of working in primary care is essential. Every day is different in a fast-paced but friendly working environment. In return, we are offering extra training, an hourly rate above the minimum wage.
