The opportunity

The Senior Brand Advisor provides analytical and administrative support to the Senior Brand Manager and assists in the day-to-day operations of the Brand Marketing department. This includes assisting the Senior Brand Manager in managing the Gildan Activewear Brand in the Imprintables market (all regions) and enforcing the brand DNA for all campaigns and programs. This role sits in the Brand Marketing Department reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager.

The role

• Assist the Senior Brand Manager with budget control. This includes ensuring that agency hours per project are being tracked and within budget, scopes are within budget, deliverables match signed scopes, and invoices are received on time vs end of month.
• Act as the team lead on all retail projects, while actively working with the Amazon team and the Brand Coordinator, to grow the Amazon business based on the yearly objectives. This involves working with the Amazon team/agencies to determine strategy.
• Oversee Amazon store (All regions), A+ content, retail website, manage campaigns and assets required.
• Offer general guidance to the Brand Advisors and Coordinators and act as the team lead when working on projects supported by the Coordinator.
• Develop the work back schedules (WBS) and have them approved by the Manager/Senior Manager.
• Review and analyze reports monthly to ensure that targets are being met.

The Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience working in a Marketing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organisational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to manage workflows and understand the importance of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
