This is a brand new role within a growing full service digital agency based in Glasgow city centre. This is a part time opportunity - 3 days - in the office Wednesday, WFH Thursday & Friday.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives on delivering outstanding results for clients. You will have a passion for both client servicing and also a knowledge of project management, with experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
Responsibilities- Client Account Management
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for your clients.
- Pro-actively build strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication, transparency, and strategic input.
- Lead client calls and meetings, preparing agendas, decks, and contact reports.
- Prepare and deliver monthly marketing reports and performance commentary, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support the Client Services Director / Management with client onboarding and account development.
- Maintain up-to-date client WIP/status trackers and internal housekeeping documents.
- Help identify and propose growth opportunities, demonstrating commercial awareness of each account.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of web projects (e.g., web builds, retainer work), ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and scoping documents.
- Schedule and run regular project catch-ups with both clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, development, marketing, content) to brief in work, manage workflows, and prioritise deliverables.
- Monitor project scope and ensure clear documentation of requirements and deliverables.
- Follow up on actions from meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct UAT and post-deployment testing.
Salary to £50,000 (£30,000 for a 3 day week). This role is hybrid. Wednesday in the office, WFH Thursday and Friday. Therefore, you will need to be able to reach Glasgow city centre once per week as a rule.
It is essential that you are already legally permitted to work in the UK with the associated paperwork if you are not a UK citizen. If you are not currently living in Scotland, please explain/outline your plans and timelines for relocation to Scotland.
