The agency operates across a variety of digital marketing, content marketing and paid channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
This Paid Media / SEO Team Lead role will lead the development and execution of successful paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads. You'll also mentor the team, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction. You will also get involved with SEO and Content Strategy.
- Directly manage key paid media accounts across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads. This includes the development of paid media strategies across channels, the build and launch of campaigns, budget management and monthly reporting.Â
- Oversee the provision of keyword research, copy drafts and recommendations provided to clients to ensure the highest standard of work. SEO and content management strategy.
- Review new campaign activity across the team to ensure technical and general setting accuracies before launch.
- Oversee budget management across the team to ensure the most efficient budget allocation of spend according to client priorities.
- Support team with optimisation opportunities in their accounts based on recent performance and client priorities.
- Review monthly report commentary across team to ensure it provides sufficient context to the demonstrated performance.
- Engage with clients directly in a timely manner to discuss search engine and performance and opportunities to further grow their accounts & meet their business objectives.
- Prioritise your task load in an organised manner, ensuring clear communication with the team to ensure expectations are met.
- Work directly with the head of department to ensure client expectations are being met and the team have the correct support in place.
This is a Team Lead role who will strategise and direct all digital channels … PPC/Paid Media, SEO, Content. You should also have hands on, grass roots experience in these areas. So we are looking for an inspirational leader to help the team learn and grow as well as get involved with client presentations / new business.
We are looking for a minimum of 5 years’ digital agency experience along with demonstrable knowledge of Paid Media and Search, this will be at a strategic level.
This role is based in Glasgow city centre and you will be in the office Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday (WFH Thursday/Friday), this is a must – so you will definitely live in commuting distance from here. This is NOT a remote role and this will not be considered.
Salary range £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
