Gilchrist Recruitment Partnership’s client is a dynamically growing full service digital marketing agency who are actively looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist / “Head of” to help strengthen and grow this function, reporting to the Managing Director. The team operates across a variety of paid channels such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
This Paid Media Team Lead role will lead the development and execution of successful paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads. You will also mentor this growing team, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Directly manage key paid media accounts across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads. This includes the development of paid media strategies across channels, the build and launch of campaigns, budget management and monthly reporting.
- Oversee the provision of keyword research, copy drafts and recommendations provided to clients to ensure the highest standard of work.
- Review new campaign activity across the team to ensure technical and general setting accuracies before launch.
- Oversee budget management across the team to ensure the most efficient budget allocation of spend according to client priorities.
- Support team with optimisation opportunities in their accounts based on recent performance and client priorities. Mentor the team and help grow their skills within the agency.
- Review monthly report commentary across team to ensure it provides sufficient context to the demonstrated performance.
- Engage with clients directly in a timely manner to discuss performance and opportunities to further grow their accounts & meet their business objectives.
- Prioritise your task load in an organised manner, ensuring clear communication with the team to ensure expectations are met.
- Work directly with the head of department to ensure client expectations are being met and the team have the correct support in place.
Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits. Excellent Glasgow city centre office whereby you will work hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH.

If you are not currently living in Scotland, please explain/outline your plans and timelines for relocation to Scotland.
