Our client is a brilliant full service digital creative agency based in Edinburgh. They help brands thrive and grow digitally and create brilliant websites, captivating and effective campaigns, and unforgettable digital experiences.

A new position has become available for a brilliant, strategic, dynamic and energetic Project Manager, Client Account Director who can juggle projects, spark fresh ideas, and turn client dreams into reality. You will be the glue between the creative, content and development teams and your clients. You’re a relationship-builder, a calm-in-the-storm organiser, a commercial thinker, and the kind of person who can translate “Can we just make it pop?” into an actual plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Create order from chaos: Shape project scope, lead planning sessions and workshops, and align stakeholders on deliverables, success criteria, timelines and ways of working.
  • Own the client relationship: Be a trusted partner to clients, with proactive comms, clear expectations, confident guidance, and just the right amount of “here’s what I’d do if it were my budget.”
  • Create magic: Turn ideas into impactful digital projects, from websites to campaigns to content ecosystems and beyond.
  • Lead like a pro: Plan, manage and deliver projects on time and on budget while keeping the client smiling (even when the timeline tries to bite).
  • Commercial & growth-minded: Spot opportunities, shape proposals, support pitches, and help clients do more of what works.
  • Run the room: Facilitate workshops, present work, handle tricky conversations, and keep everyone moving forward, without the awkward silence.
  • Mentor teammates: Support junior staff, share your knowledge, and bring confidence and clarity to the team.
  • Make delivery better: Improve processes, ways of working, and project hygiene, including templates, rituals, reporting, and all the good stuff.
  • Keep it cool: Manage risk, resolve challenges, handle change requests, and keep everything on track, with a positive vibe and a steady hand.
  • Quality, always: Make sure what we ship is right, including briefs, QA, sign-off, and the details that make experiences feel premium.

What makes you a perfect fit:

  • Minimum 5 years’ agency experience (or agency esq environment) in digital project delivery and/or client account management.
  • You’re a self-starter and a brilliant communicator who makes complex things feel simple.
  • You can manage multiple projects and priorities, it’s second nature.
  • Confident leading workshops, presentations and stakeholder sessions, from friendly to fierce.
  • Strong commercial instincts. You’re comfortable with budgets, resourcing, forecasting, scope control and value-led conversations.
  • You understand digital delivery. Design, content, UX, dev, QA, launch, enough to ask great questions and steer smart decisions.
  • Methodology-savvy (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, whatever works), and you know the difference between process and progress.
  • Based near Edinburgh and able to attend the office at least 2 / 3 days per week. This position is not remote, so it’s essential you’re in the vicinity.

Remuneration:

  • Salary cÂŁ45,000
  • A benefits package including private medical insurance, fringe benefits, and a pension.
