This is a brand new role within a leading Glasgow full service digital agency known for a creative and passionate approach to cutting edge projects and a great array of clients. You’ll be working in a collaborative and sociable environment where your career progression and ongoing digital education is key. The position is hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in their Glasgow city centre office, 3 days WFH).

Job Description: Our award winning client team is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Project Executive / Producer to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, high-quality output, and alignment with client objectives. As a Digital Project Exec, you will act as the bridge between creative, development, and marketing teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end production of digital projects.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, setting expectations, and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the agency’s designers, developers, strategists, and content creators to ensure deliverables meet and exceed client expectations and project goals.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met within scope and budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital assets are tested, reviewed, and meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and user experience best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and inefficiencies, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Technology & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative solutions for client projects.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and external teams as needed for project execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on the performance of digital projects, using insights to refine future strategies and improve effectiveness.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in digital production, project management, or a related role within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Solid and demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and web development processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools including Asana, Trello & Microsoft Tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) including Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify and digital asset management.
  • Ideally a degree in digital / marketing / similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Salary: Purely dependent on skills & experience to £30,000 + pension / benefits / fantastic offices / social fund.
