Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving, successful, still growing full service digital agency based in Glasgow. A new position has arisen for a Digital Account & Project Manager (i.e. an all round star) to join the client services team.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives on delivering outstanding digital results for clients. You’ll have a passion for both client servicing and structured project management, with experience in a marketing agency environment. This is a hybrid role that sits across client relationship management and hands-on project delivery, making it ideal for someone who loves variety and responsibility in their daily workload.
Responsibilities:Client Account Management / Client Services:Â
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for your clients.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication, transparency, and strategic input.
- Lead client calls and meetings, preparing agendas, decks, and contact reports.
- Prepare and deliver monthly marketing reports and performance commentary, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support the Client Services Director with client onboarding and account development.
- Maintain up-to-date client WIP/status trackers and internal housekeeping documents.
- Help identify and propose growth opportunities, demonstrating commercial awareness of each account.
Project Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of web projects (e.g., web builds, retainer work), ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and scoping docs.
- Schedule and run regular project catch-ups with both clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, development, marketing, content) to brief in work, manage workflows, and prioritise deliverables.
- Monitor project scope and ensure clear documentation of requirements and deliverables.
- Follow up on actions from meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct UAT and post-deployment testing
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Minimum 3+ years in a digital agency in an account or project management role (ideally with crossover). This will be gained in an agency (or agency-like) environment, your knowledge of agency processes must be second to none.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Comfortable using project management tools and client reporting platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing and web development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and maintain a calm, solutions-focused attitude under pressure.
- Retail or hospitality marketing would be advantageousÂ
Salary cÂŁ35,000 + benefits
