- Oversee the direction and execution of high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Add value by presenting innovative solutions and proposals that solve client business challenges.

- Take ownership of web analytics and reporting, ensuring that clients receive regular updates on key metrics and results through GA4 dashboards and other tracking tools.
- Report directly to the Digital Account Director, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
This is a role for those who enjoy and thrive in a pressurised environment. It’s fast-paced, and you must have the ability to think on your feet, juggling various client needs at the same time, and still ensure that everything is delivered to a high standard. You will be:
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial—someone who doesn’t wait to be asked, but sees what needs to be done and makes it happen.
- Naturally proactive—you follow up, follow through, and stay one step ahead of both client needs and internal delivery.
- Passionate about the digital industry, bringing enthusiasm to every project.
