As our partnerships portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a Partnerships Rights Activation Executive to ensure we maximise the value of every partnership opportunity. This is an exciting role for someone passionate about sport, partnerships and marketing who wants to play a key part in activating global sponsorship programmes.
The Role
The Partnerships Rights Activation Executive will be responsible for managing and activating the full portfolio of sponsorship rights across the Gilbert brand. Working closely with the marketing, content and partnerships teams, the role will ensure that all partnership entitlements are fully utilised to maximise brand exposure, audience growth and commercial return. This role offers the opportunity to work across international sports partnerships and play a key part in delivering high-impact marketing activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Rights Management
- Manage and track the full portfolio of partnership rights across the Gilbert brand, with scope to expand into Hockey and Cricket.
- Maintain a centralised record of all sponsorship rights, activation opportunities and key deadlines.
- Ensure partnership entitlements are delivered in a timely and organised manner.
- Coordinate the activation of sponsorship assets across marketing campaigns and channels.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to integrate partnership rights into campaigns, competitions and promotional activity.
- Identify opportunities to leverage partnership assets to maximise brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure partnership opportunities are executed effectively.
- Support the planning and delivery of collaborative marketing campaigns with partners.
- Ensure marketing assets and promotional opportunities are delivered in line with partner agreements.
- Support the tracking and reporting of partnership activations.
- Assist with partner reporting and relationship management through clear delivery tracking.
- Identify opportunities to grow audience reach, website traffic and affiliate sales through partnership channels.
