Are you a clinician with experience in emergency or urgent care settings , looking for an exciting new challenge? We’re seeking a Triage Clinician to join a growing urgent care service , helping to streamline patient care and improve outcomes .

About the Role

As a Triage Clinician , you will play a crucial role in assessing and directing patients arriving at the practice. Using the VET (Visualise, Explore, Triage) model , you’ll ensure that each patient is referred to the most appropriate service based on their needs. This role is key in identifying high-risk cases across all age groups , from children to adults. While you won’t be responsible for discharging patients , your clinical expertise will ensure they receive the right care at the right time .

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ A qualified Level 1 Nurse/Pharmacist/Paramedic with experience in emergency or urgent care settings

✔️ A Level 7 qualification in Minor Illness and/or Clinical Assessment & Management Skills

✔️ Someone with strong assessment and triage skills , who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Location & Flexibility

This role is primarily based at a hospital urgent care setting , with occasional opportunities to work across other urgent care sites if needed.
