Salary: up to ÂŁ80,000 per annum

NMC Registered Nurse Qualification Required

Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on a rewarding challenge? We’re looking for a strong, driven Service Manager to lead a specialist nursing home in Leicester, supporting residents with a wide range of complex needs, including:

  • Complex Mental Health
  • Neurorehabilitation

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with clinical expertise and leadership experience to make a significant impact in a home that has already made great strides forward.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a well-established complex care home with a focus on person-centred, specialist care
  • Continue driving quality improvements and clinical excellence across all areas
  • Build and develop a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Work closely with regional support and clinical leads to sustain and build on the home\’s progress
  • Grow occupancy while maintaining high standards of care

We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
  • A proven leader with strong CQC knowledge, ideally with a “Good” inspection under your belt
  • Experience in managing complex care services and supporting residents with complex clinical and behavioural needs
  • A proactive, hands-on manager with a positive, energetic outlook
  • Excellent people management, communication, and operational skills
  • Longevity in previous roles and a passion for high-quality care
