About the Role
As a Sales Progression Manager, you will be responsible for converting reservations into completions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process for buyers. You will be the main point of contact for reservees and their families, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales journey. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for reservees, offering trustworthy, empathetic, and proactive support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Client Experience, etc.) and external partners (solicitors, financial advisors, estate agents) to progress sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and track sales progress using CRM systems, contributing to exchange and completion forecasting.
- Ensure a smooth transition from reservation to completion, providing regular updates to the sales team and resolving any issues that may arise.
