Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, the Registered Manager will oversee all operational aspects and drive continuous improvement across care quality, staffing, occupancy, and regulatory outcomes.Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager is essential
• Proven track record in nursing home management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• RGN qualification is preferred, but not essential
• Comprehensive understanding of CQC requirements and care regulations
• Ability to maintain high occupancy and excellent standards of resident care
