An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of eight nursing and residential care homes across the Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire regions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to Home Managers, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Oversee the operational performance of each home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, occupancy levels, and financial performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative culture, promoting best practices across all homes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, staff, and external partners.
  • Lead on recruitment, retention, and development of management teams, ensuring ongoing professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven multi-site management experience within the elderly care sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
