Role: Registered ManagerLocation: NewarkSalary: Up to £60,000 per annumWe are seeking an experienced and inspirational Registered Manager to lead a high-end residential dementia home in Newark. This 65-bed service has been purposefully designed to provide exceptional standards of care and comfort, combining modern facilities with a warm and welcoming environment.As the Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that residents receive person-centred, dignified care, and that the home continues to deliver excellence in compliance, safety, and service quality. You will be leading a dedicated team, with the support of a strong senior management structure, to uphold and enhance the home’s outstanding reputation.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong and visible leadership to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and resident-focused care.
• Oversee budgets, occupancy, and business performance in line with organisational goals.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and the wider community.

About You:

• Proven track record as a Registered Manager within residential dementia care (medium to large homes).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
• Financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy.
