Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support school improvement strategies to achieve outstanding educational outcomes.
  • Drive the growth and development of new schools and services in alignment with organisational strategic priorities.
  • Set challenging targets and monitor performance to ensure the highest standards of education.
  • Deliver successful change management projects across a diverse and dynamic organisation.

  • Oversee strategic planning and financial management across multiple schools and regions.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
  • NPQH or Equivalent Leadership Qualification - Desirable
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial and quality KPIs and implementing successful change management projects at scale.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, Headteacher) within a specialist education setting.
  • Expertise in managing educational projects, strategic operations, and budgets across multiple schools or regions.
