Clinical Quality Manager (QA)

Role: Quality and Clinical Director Location: We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Quality and Clinical Director to lead and enhance quality within a respected care organisation. Lead a team of 5 individuals within the quality department Be hands-on, visiting care homes 3 days per week to carry out audits, lead on action plans, support CQC inspections, and chair/attend key meetings Oversee and drive the implementation of a quality assurance programme with a view to review and renew in the New Year Proven experience delivering quality improvement at a senior level Deep understanding of CQC standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks within the care sector Competitive salary package of up to £100,000 Generous annual leave allowance An opportunity to shape and lead quality and clinical excellence across the organisation
