Job Description

Role: Deputy Manager – ClinicalLocation: SleafordSalary: £26.50ph + Quarterly BonusI’m working exclusively on a fantastic Deputy Manager opportunity with a highly regarded care provider, offering a generous hourly rate, quarterly performance bonus, and a great working environment focused on values, support, and development.This is a Clinical Deputy Manager role at a well-established, purpose-extended nursing home just outside of Sleaford. The home has a great local reputation, a stable leadership team, and provides nursing and dementia care for around 40 residents.The role involves 3–4 long days (7am–7pm) per week, including alternate weekends – a full-time position that will suit an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in leadership or someone already working as a Deputy/Clinical Lead.Package:
  • £26.50 per hour
  • 10% quarterly SMART bonus based on objectives
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Funded qualifications + up to £500 training bonus
