The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, financially literate, and experienced in M&A, with a strong track record in leading businesses through change and growth. Credibility with care providers, healthcare professionals, and consumer-focused health solutions is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include driving both organic growth and acquisitions, while enhancing the business's profile with key public sector bodies and consumer-facing channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy and ensuring its long-term success.

You will report directly to the Chair and Investors, with a targeted exit strategy within the medium term.
