Gilbert Meher have the privilege of representing a respected healthcare provider who are looking for a talented Care Manager to lead positive change and transformation for one of their small supported living services in Leytonstone, London.
The Role: Reporting to the Regional Director, you will take ownership of operational delivery, quality improvements, staff leadership, and compliance at a supported living service looking after Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will act as a catalyst for positive change, turning around areas for development and embedding best practice at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure outstanding care provision
- Develop and embed a vision, values, and strategy for improvement
- Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing staff team
- Manage budgets, resources, and reporting effectively
- Review care plans and ensure all individual needs are met holistically
