Role: Registered Care Home Manager (RGN) Location: Loughborough Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum   Are you a dedicated and experienced Nurse Qualified Care Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established 60-bed care home in Loughborough? This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and professional environment.   About the Role: As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents. The home provides a mix of nursing and residential care, and you will be leading a skilled and compassionate team.   Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership to ensure the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement and uphold exceptional care standards. Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently. Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all CQC and local authority requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a committed team to achieve the home’s goals.  About You: Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC PIN is essential. Proven experience managing a care home, ideally within a similar setting. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
