We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Quality and Clinical Director to lead and enhance quality within a respected care organisation.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of 5 individuals within the quality department
- Be hands-on, visiting care homes 3 days per week to carry out audits, lead on action plans, support CQC inspections, and chair/attend key meetings
- Oversee and drive the implementation of a newly amended quality assurance programme with a view to review and renew in the New Year

- Deep understanding of CQC standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks within the care sector
