We are currently working with a large provider who are looking for an Interim Hospital Director to support service in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a Hospital Director with Neurorehabilitation experience to step in and support the service in the day-to-day operation of the services.
To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience within a similar role or managing a team.
- 5+ years in Neuro-rehabilitation.
- Must have active nursing pin (RGN or RMN).
- Leads with compassion, kindness, and champions the very best care of residents.
- Proven experience supervising and supporting Care staff.
- Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.
