Deputy Hospital Director job in Grimsby, £54,000 basic salary plus pension, life assurance and lots of additional benefits Gilbert Meher is partnered with a private provider who are recruiting a Deputy Hospital Director for specialist service for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who wants to work in an established Learning Disability and Autism service. This is a permanent role for 37.5 hours per week. As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse from the NHS and/or private sector with a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will lead, manage and influence both the clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver great healthcare. You will be required to deputise for the Hospital Director when not carrying out your clinical duties. You will attend internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
