The Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the running of a large care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
