We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, effective, and compassionate environment.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to provide exceptional person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and continuously strive for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans that prioritise residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies are in place.
- Manage budgets effectively, oversee resource allocation, and ensure the financial sustainability of the home.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or residential care home.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) is desirable but not essential.
