Gilbert-Ash Ltd. is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Belfast head office to compile accurate tender estimates for projects over £15 million, reporting to the Chief Estimator.
You will analyse tender documents, prepare quantities, price labour and materials, and coordinate pre-tender and post-tender activities with stakeholders.
A background in construction management, CIOB, CSR, and proficiency with Conquest Estimating Software are essential.
