Gilbert-Ash is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of competitive bids from the Head Office in Belfast.

You will help develop bid templates and ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across the bid process.

You will work with the Bid Manager and collaborate with estimating, design teams and clients to craft timely, compelling submissions.

A background in administration, 1–2 years in bid environments and strong Microsoft Office skills are highly valued.
