Reporting to the Chief Estimator / Commercial Director, you will price tender docs and assess pre-tender quotes with a focus on competitiveness and compliance.
You will work closely with subcontractors and suppliers, establishing strong relationships while maintaining ISO 9001/14001 quality and environmental controls.
