Join to apply for the Program Manager, Telecom Integrations role at Gigs.

About Gigs: At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly. We automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity across fintechs, HR platforms, and more. Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe is backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator.

The Role: A program manager is our network partners’ technical partner at Gigs. You will help carriers plan, coordinate, and successfully launch with Gigs. The role blends technical, strategic, and operational work, ranging from partnering with Product on critical features blocking a country rollout to scoping, coordinating, and driving API implementation with large carriers.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver network implementations. Own each API integration, carefully scoping and delivering the perfect implementation for each MNO.
  • Act as key technical contact. Work with network engineering and product teams to integrate and advise on the best product development path.
  • Project management. Own a portfolio of complex implementation projects: shape roadmaps, define milestones, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Product management. Design feature sets for new markets and build new features for customers with carrier partners.
  • Cross‑functional coordination. Ensure alignment across Growth, Connectivity, Product, and Engineering teams, driving toward a shared vision.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
  • Experience with complex API integrations; proven ability to execute them successfully.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Hands‑on mindset: ownership, proactive communication in a remote environment.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to prioritize features based on analysis.
  • Understanding of telecom and network integrations and partner needs.
  • Enjoy working with cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.

Not a Fit: This role probably isn't a fit if you need a lot of structure or process, prefer to specialize narrowly and wait for direction, are uncomfortable making decisions with imperfect information, or seek a “big company” setup.

What We Offer: Competitive compensation and stock options, home‑office stipend, learning budget, free phone and international data plan. Work at Gigs Remote‑friendly design with hubs in San Francisco, London, Amsterdam, and Berlin for those who need in‑person collaboration.
