The Role Partner Marketing at Gigs is deeply cross-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Implementations, Product, Sales, Account Management, Creative, Finance, and Data to ensure our partnerships deliver meaningful value to end users and drive sustained revenue growth. You’ll shape how connectivity is positioned, launched, and scaled within our partner ecosystem. Our team operates across the full product lifecycle — from influencing product strategy and launch readiness to driving adoption through always-on growth campaigns. You will deliver growth strategies for and with partners. This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, sharp execution, and excellent communication to create win-win outcomes. A successful candidate will be highly-motivated and self-directed with expertise in juggling multiple accounts and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Build and implement co-marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships and drive revenue.
  • Plan and launch marketing campaigns in close collaboration with strategic partners.
  • Equip partners with resources, playbooks, training materials, and product updates to drive adoption.
  • Work closely with Creative to build high caliber marketing assets (pitch decks, playbooks, paid media ads, whitepapers, videos, etc.)
  • Work closely with data teams to define success metrics, implement tracking, and optimize campaigns.
  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable, high-impact playbooks.
  • Build strong partner relationships to foster collaboration and long-term success.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in product and/or partner marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise deal cycle and consumer marketing programs that drive scale.
  • Storytelling skills; pitching ideas and concepts naturally, turning ambiguous ideas into inspiring revenue-driving content.
  • Experience working extensively with creative teams and communicating in marketing briefs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company.
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making.

Bonus points if

  • Agency, lifecycle, and content marketing experience.
  • Experience in the payments, financial technology industry.
