About Gigs
At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile servicesâa platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly. Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivityâbridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity. Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator, is tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless. If you're driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Chief of Staff â Product, you will partner with the Head of Product and VP Product to increase the velocity and quality of decision-making across the product organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operating cadence, and executive communication. You will take first cuts on ambiguous problems, turn rough direction into clear narratives and materials, and build the mechanisms that keep a fast-moving team aligned. You will also be handsâon with operational coordination where it materially unblocks leaders and teams. Weâre open to hiring this role in one of our EU Hubs (London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Zurich).
What You Will Do
- Run the product org's operating system: refine planning cycles, decision frameworks, rituals, and recurring processes to sharpen clarity and execution
- Orchestrate leadership and crossâfunctional meetings: set agendas, drive prep, capture decisions, ensure followâthrough
- Own executive communications: turn rough storylines into polished decks and memos for allâhands, builder meetings, and leadership reviews
- Provide structured first cuts on strategic questions: synthesize context, run lightweight analysis, frame options and tradeâoffs, recommend a path
- Keep the machine running: coordinate deadlines, reporting cadences, and operational logistics (offsites, travel) so leaders stay focused on outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Strong generalist background in consulting, banking, strategy/ops, product operations, or highâgrowth tech
- Technical fluency: you can follow API and platform discussions with product and engineering teams and ask sharp questions
- Excellent communication craft: executiveâquality writing and slides that tell a clear story and drive decisions
- Sound judgment under ambiguity: you make progress with imperfect information and competing priorities
- High ownership and reliability: deadlineâdriven, detailâoriented, able to run multiple workstreams without dropping balls
- Comfortable operating behind the scenes while influencing outcomes and enabling product leadership to move faster
Bonus Points If
- You have worked close to product, engineering, or data teams (product management, data, engineering, or adjacent roles)
- You have built or improved operating cadences in a scaling org (planning, analysis, reporting)
Before You Apply...
The truth is, what we're building isn't easy. We expect a lot, and operate with urgency and ownership. This won't be the right place for everyone, and that's okay. This role probably isn't a fit if:
- You need a lot of structure, or layers of process to do your best work
- You prefer to specialize narrowly and wait for direction rather than taking initiative
- You're uncomfortable making decisions with imperfect information or wearing multiple hats
- You're looking for a "big company" setup â we're still building many things for the first time
But if you're excited by the idea of building from zero, working with passion, and leaving your mark on something that matters â we'd love to meet you.
