We started in 2009 with a determination to do things differently. To be ‘one-of-a-kind’ and to bring some Thai generosity to the UK. Back then, what was missing from the food scene was that true Thai feel – energetic, informal, adventurous, and truly welcoming. ROLE OVERVIEW
To support the day-to-day manufacturing operations and processes to foods and beverages, performing packaging, operating machines, following predetermined procedures, and taking food safety regulations on board.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES (our expectations of what you will deliver in your role)
• Prepare, assemble, and package food products in accordance with production schedules.
• Operate and manage food production machinery according to company procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the company.
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations.
• Report any machinery or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Coordinate with team members to meet and uphold production deadlines.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
General
· Actively seeking to learn and be confident on all Kitchen Operating Systems (i.e. Comtrex, Feed It Back)
· Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested according to the business needs.
· Adhere to dress, equipment and personal hygiene standards are all times.
· Attend work when required by checking the rota on a regular basis.
· Adhere to Health & Safety, Fire, Food Safety and licensing regulations at all times.
· Notify the manager on duty of any accidents.
· Notify the manager on duty when leaving the kitchen.

· Maintain good Internal Hygiene
· Monthly Food Safety and Health & Safety Audits - 90% and above.
· Clear yearly SALSA & EHO audits
