We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Junior IT Administrator to directly provide first and second line support across our restaurants and support offices.
The role covers a wide range of systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands‑on experience across infrastructure, applications, networking, and user support. Must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be open to tasks outside of traditional IT. This circa 40hr, 5 days per week (Tuesday‑Saturday but negotiable) role is based in our Head Office in Guildford with onsite work at restaurant and our warehouse locations when required. A key aspect is the on‑call remote support to restaurants/warehouse in their peak periods (weekday evenings and Saturday 12:00 until 21:00). Depending on issue and resolution, hours can be flexible in lieu of time spent fixing the issues when sites need it.

As the Junior IT Administrator, your core responsibilities would include:

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong interest in IT support and problem‑solving

- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Mac, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

- Experience in multi‑site hospitality or retail IT and operations
- Familiarity with EPOS systems (Zonal Aztec) and/or QSR automations is a real plus
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory

- Experience with printers and peripherals
- Exposure to ticketing systems
- Sequel Server T‑SQL, SSRS administration and experience
- Unifi Protect/Hik Vision experience a plus
